What a great trip! I caught the second largest Pike of my life on this trip; 36”. I enjoyed catching and releasing the Brook Trout. It was fun learning how to call Bull Moose with Leon while fishing for big Pike and Walleye. Erick did a great job finding the walleye for us and cleaning our fish and our cabin. John George (Gichi Maquat) showed us how to catch walleye by the portage and showed us the best spots for walleye. Leon kept everything running smoothly, and knew all the best spots. The trip was great fun and I will remember it forever. Thanks for a great trip!

This lake and river were great fishing, and the weather was the same. The cabin was neat every night when we came back from fishing and the boats and motors were perfect. The guides were awesome in every way they could be. This trip with my Dad could be one of his last, but it was one of the best. My nephew coming was a bonus. I will never forget this camp and the way we were taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful time!

This has been the second trip in Canada for me. It was just as exciting and fun as I thought it would be. The cabin was a great facility. The guides were great with their knowledge and experience in “fish finding” and maneuvering through the river. The caretaker was great with the fish and our cabin. Overall, the trip was a great time and I’ll remember this trip for years to come. It gave me a sense of relaxation in the outdoors. GREAT TRIP!!

Our trip by boat to camp was smooth and Leon answered all of our questions and explained the “plan” for the next couple of days. Our guide John George did a great job in finding us fishing spots, handling the landing, net, hooks, and release. The “adventure” of running the rapids was a definite highlight! Louie prepared an excellent shore lunch. Overall, this was the best run trip we’ve ever been on and it’s due entirely to the effort of the staff. Every inquiry was answered in a polite, straightforward manner and every request was accommodated. The cabin was large, well equipped and had comfortable beds. The boats were clean, ready to go and all equipment worked. Our expectations were exceeded.
